Get TicketsFirst Signs of Vision is an interactive exhibit that lets you interact directly with evolution. You experience the evolutionary history of vision from the first light-sensitive cells to modern vision. You start the journey 540 million years ago as a bacteria and can choose your own evolutionary path to vision found in present day animals.
Begin as a bacteria, sensing only light and shadow. Progress through evolution by overcoming sensory challenges at each stage. Unlock new capabilities such as color vision, depth perception, or specialized predator sight as you navigate from ancient seas to modern times.
Experience firsthand how vision revolutionized survival strategies across 541 million years of life on Earth.
Space is limited. Pre-registration strongly suggested.
Tasty Spanish and Japanese inspired eats from Pagu, and local beer from Small Change Brewing Company will be available for purchase.
